The server is almost vanilla, with a few exceptions:

• For mods/datapacks, see above.
• Gamerule enderPearlsVanishOnDeath is false.
• Gamerule playersSleepingPercentage is set to 19.

There is a world border to keep some chunks closeby for when an update introduces new biomes and structures.
